SafetyApp is an innovative mobile solution designed to instantly connect a company’s first responders to workplace emergencies.
Its objective is to enable a rapid response by alerting first responders and quickly locating them within a building.
An idea born at POST
SafetyApp is the result of an internal innovation initiative at POST Luxembourg. To foster collective intelligence, POST gives its employees the opportunity to develop innovative ideas through structured support from internal coaches and a proven methodology.
These projects can help improve internal processes or lead to the creation of new solutions. SafetyApp is part of this initiative, with the ambition of strengthening emergency response capabilities in the workplace.

SafetyApp wins award!
In March 2026, SafetyApp was awarded the Occupational Health and Safety Award, recognising innovative initiatives that enhance safety and responsiveness in the workplace.
The award was jointly presented by the Ministry of Health and Social Security and the Ministry of Labour, highlighting the importance of practical, innovative solutions for protecting employees.
A project currently in the experimental phase
A study is underway to evaluate the implementation of the solution across all POST Luxembourg buildings.
